The primary objective of the course is to gain a thorough understanding of particular subject matter, acquire scientific research skills, and learn how to develop a presentation on the chosen topic. The course material is mainly focused on subjects such as computer graphics, computer games, color theory, 3D modeling, geometry, physics simulation, and computer vision. The course is also project-oriented, which facilitates the exploration of various concepts and tools. Each major topic is accompanied by an assignment, which enables students to apply solution algorithms and gain practical experience on the selected topics. The course culminates in a self-directed final project, which allows students to expand their knowledge on the software and/or other features of their own choosing. These aforementioned aspects of the course will provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter and prepare them for future endeavors in the field.
